About Skål Cocktails…
With over 20 years in the hospitality industry, it was time to raise the bar - literally.
Skål Cocktails was born from a desire to bring something fresh to the Pacific Northwest: a bartending experience that’s been missing. Drawing inspiration from my travels around the globe and years spent behind the bar, I create vibrant, unforgettable cocktails that reflect both flavor and adventure.
As a Tacoma native, seasoned traveler, and experienced bartender, I’ve honed my craft from everywhere from Aspen and Lake Tahoe to the US Virgin Islands— working in everything from upscale bars & restaurants to high-volume venues.
My goal is simple: to bring your vision to life so you can be the guest are your own party.
